Purchased DVDs are only to be used at one location. Companies with multiple locations are required to
purchase additional DVD training for each location. DVDs are to be used by the location purchasing the training. Sharing DVDs with other companies is prohibited. Viewing DVDs to large groups of non-employees or for the purposes of training non-employees is prohibited.By purchasing our products you are agreeing to the terms of this purchase, you are agreeing to the terms of this purchase. Resale of DVDs is only permitted to wholesalers. The content of the DVDs is copyrighted and therefore is for vendor in-house use only. Unless otherwise expressly licensed by WWIS, all other rights are reserved. Use in other locations such as public trainings, mobile trainings, sharing with other companies (including other owned locations), prisons, and schools is prohibited unless expressly authorized by WWIS. Any unauthorized copying, editing, exhibition, renting, hiring, exchanging, lending, public performances, diffusion and/or broadcast, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited. Any such action establishes liability for a civil action and may give rise to criminal prosecution.
