We know that returns are inevitable and have devised a policy that helps protect both WWIS and the
customer. Listed below are three scenarios. If you feel you have a return, please refer to the list below and proceed as directed.
RECEIVED INCORRECT ORDER
If an incorrect lesson was accidentally sent, please call our office at 775-827-2463 and ask to speak with
Customer Service. Please have your invoice on hand as you will be asked for the invoice ID. Customer Service will review the original order and the shipped invoice to confirm the problem. If the error was on our end and we sent you an incorrect order, then we will determine the DVDs that were sent out to you and we will ship you the correct DVDs free of charge and shipping. Our Error is your gain.
PURCHASED INCORRECT LESSON
If an incorrect lesson was accidentally ordered and is UNOPENED, they may be returned within 30 days of the ship date on the invoice for an exchange of another lesson. Please call our office at 775-827-2463 and ask to speak with Customer Service regarding a Return. Customer Service will review the original order and the shipped invoice to confirm the problem. The representative will then instruct you to fill out a Return Form and will assign you an RMA number that will need to be included on the Return Form as well as on the outside of the package. They will also require a credit card number to apply shipping charges to the new order once it ships. The correct order will be mailed out once the incorrect order has been received. REMINDER-if the
incorrect order is received and has been OPENED it will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you at your expense.
DVD PROBLEMS
In the rare instance that you receive a DVD that cannot be viewed, please call our office at 775-827-2463 to talk to Technical Support. The
technician will then work with you to resolve the problem. If the technician feels that the product is defective, the technician will instruct you to fill out a Return Form and will assign you an RMA number that will need to be included on the Return Form as well as on the outside of the package. We will then send you a FedEX package return label. The correct order will be mailed out once the incorrect order has been received. A new DVD will be mailed out once the defective order has been received. Once received, we will overnight you a new DVD lesson.
WHAT IS AN RMA NUMBER?
An RMA (return merchandise authorization) is a number authorization provided by mail-order merchants to permit the return of a product. RMA numbers are important to both the merchant and customer. An RMA number tells the merchant that a return is being made and offers protection against fraudulent returns. The customer can use the RMA number to inquire on the progress of a return. For example, if the customer has not received any information about the return, the customer can call the merchant and use the RMA number as a reference.
Packaging: If the box your order came in is in good condition, you may use it to resend your order back to us making sure it is padded so that the DVD will be protected. If the box is not in good condition please use
another box that will accommodate the order and pad it so that the DVD will be protected. Write your RMA number in large black marker on the outside of the package before mailing. If a return is sent without an RMA number it will delay shipping out a new DVD by up to 10 business days. If a return is sent without an RMA number and a Return Form, we retain the right to charge a 10% restocking fee or return the order to you at your cost.
ALL RETURNS AT WWIS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
Your Return Shipment must be shipped within 30 days of the day your order shipped (the "Ship Date" on your invoice).
You must fill out the Return Form in its entirety and include it with your Return.
You must obtain an RMA number before returning any item.
You must write the RMA number on the outside of the package prior to shipping in large black marker.
Opened items cannot be returned unless DEFECTIVE.
Defective Items will be replaced with the same item only. NO Refunds.
Incorrectly purchased or shipped items will be replaced with the correct item and must be UNOPENED. No Refunds.
We DO NOT pay for postage on returns that have not been issued an RMA number. If we receive such a package it will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Shipping Charges are not Refundable on incorrectly purchased items.
Promotional Items (DVDs, CDs, etc.) cannot be Returned for any reason.
