Be sure the training DVD(s) arrives at Water Works Industry Solutions within 30 days of purchase or is postmarked by the return-by-date on the front of the guarantee card you received with your order.
DVDs must be unopened (minus the one you reviewed and decided that you did not like).
Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Water Works Industry Solutions.

* DVDs will not be refunded if more than one video has been opened. For example, an order for six DVDs was made and you watched four videos out of the six and then decided to return them all. We would not accept the return do to the fact that you've watched more than one video before deciding to return them and therefore liked the training enough to keep watching them.
