To be eligible you must work for a California non-transient water system that services a population of 3,300 or less.

Step 1: Obtain your ERG Number

Step 2: Order your DVDs with your ERG #

Once you have your ERG # you can choose up to 33 DVDs at one time for FREE from the order form.

Once your order has been received, we will submit it to CPS for approval and then process your request. Your DVDs will be mailed to you within 3 days of receiving the approval.

Step 3: Submit Tests for Contact Hours

To receive a contact hour you need to watch an entire video, complete the worksheet and take the test. Complete CA’s Sign-in sheet per video. Submit your test and Sign-in sheet to WWIS for grading and upon passing all 10 questions you will receive a certification of completion awarding you 1 contact hour.

Through the grant, your first test submission is free. Should you need to retake the test to pass for
certification you will be charged a nominal fee of $20.00 for refiling, regrading of the test and handling fees.
